With the gradual release of the singles “Burberry Pie” (see below the article) and Haven Left Behind (June 17), the Prague Orient announces a new album. The LP “Redwood” brings with it variations in both line-up and style. The peculiar formation underwent personnel changes, and welcomed Patrik Šafránek as a drummer. Ondřej Šponer then took care of the bass on the record, but he will be replaced by Andrea Rottin in the live line-up. As for style, Lukáš Polák talks about freeing up space for more traditional musical instruments at the expense of electronics. The genre-unclassifiable music is thus more lively and dynamic, changeable and does not cling to the traditional formats established by Western popular music. The Brno label Kabinet Records is growing again. This time about the Prague band Orient, which will release two singles for the summer. After them, you can look forward to the autumn release on both vinyl and all streams. The second album is released after a long period of irregular performances and long-term changes in the line-up. Originally as a trio, they began exploring current electronic events, but over the years they gradually moved to a more traditional band with live instruments, including winds, percussion or old synthesizers, with as many as four members. However, as far as the structure of the songs is concerned, over the years the band has formed a still similar style, which is characterized mainly by a number of seemingly unrelated parts, which do not bring immediate catharsis simply because their connecting elements take place in more subtle cues. In terms of genre, the Orient is more difficult to describe in terms of a single box, but there are more raw and laconic post-punk vocals, psychedelic guitars, krautrock synths or even prog-rock techniques with a characteristic tension of indistinction. In terms of lyrics, the Orient has moved from a torn and dissatisfied position to a relatively more conciliatory and prudent one, but mystical veil is still present and, like the music itself, requires due attention and patience from the listener. The baptism of the album will take place both in the Brno Cabinet of MÚZ and in Prague in the autumn, when the band is planning a tour. More accurate information will be available, for example on facebook bands.

After the debut, which took place with Solabecome Gianmarco Rottaroin arte Holycon It just is song out from May 27, 2022 for Visory Records.

Born in 1999, from Aprilia in the province of Latina, Gianmarco grows up on the streets of Rome and listens to pop punk music, the genre he feels closest to him, thanks also to his older brother who makes him listen to Blink 182, Linkin Park, Green Day and many bands from the 90s and 2000s.

The stage name of Holy it is much more than that for the singer-songwriter… and a goal, the point towards which to aim to be the best version of himself.

Holy it is what he has inside and what he would like to be, but unfortunately he often keeps locked up by nature. Holy it is the perfect being, a kind of model to follow … in life you always have to cultivate a kind of ambition … and so Holy per Gianmarco it is a goal, a goal of life, of growth, above all personal. Everything surrounds us and everything is surrounded by us but we decide who we are, nobody else.

The music of Holy it is the story of his life experiences, from loves to friendships, but it is also a constant dialogue, a story that must never end, with a fundamental figure in his life.

Behind Holy there is therefore Gianmarco. And behind this boy’s need to write and sing there is an important reason … music as an interruption of silence. Music as a resumption of a dialogue that has been interrupted by life. The one with the grandfather who raised him and with whom Gianmarco constantly feels the need to communicate …

I consider the “luck” I had with the growth of social networks as a gift from my grandfather, he was the only grandfather I have lived to the full, and since he passed away, every milestone for me is guided by him.

Very often I found myself being last or not believing in my potential and I never put myself to the test… then “I felt it”. I was locked in my room for a whole day and a night, I wanted escape from external problems that surrounded and oppressed me. I felt the need to talk to those who had always understood me, my grandfather.

This dialogue has become like a secret, certainly a liberation and it was a way strongly mine, it did not happen by means of a prayer or simply thinking of him but by writing … I wrote the lyrics of what would become my songs and I shared them first of all with him … this it gave me strength and kept alive in me the hope that everything would go well … music allowed me to never stop talking to my grandfather and this gave me the strength to ask myself questions and look for my direction, in life and in music.

I wondered if it was the last day of my life, how was I going to spend it? And I kind of woke up… I could no longer neglect myself, I could no longer diminish myself, I had to believe in myself in what I had in my head, what I thought was right for my life. Where to always remind me who believed and believes in me.

And that’s how hor started to feel, with what I wrote and then sang, that I actually came to have a contact, as if he were actually there with me. I guess I can tell everything I’ve been through. In love at work and in friendship but in a different way, in music, the way he has always encouraged me not to give up.

HOLY BASTA

In the new single the young singer-songwriter tells the end of a love story, a story that wears him out too long and to which, finally, he finds the strength to say enough. Here to follow the text of the song entered on the day of release in the New Music Friday from Spotify.

ENOUGH TEXT AND AUDIO

And I’m tired
To hear you say
I’m leaving
Who knows if it’s an end

Like a rose
With too many thorns
Love as a crime

And how many times have I said enough
I’m still here
but this time I say enough
Go away from here
I tell you now
I do not know
if I’ll be the same again
oppure no

And how many times have I said enough
I’m still here
but this time I say enough
Go away from here
I tell you now
I do not know
If I will be the same again
Oppure no
Oppure no

And you remember that promise
For me it was like
a fucking bet
But now
you are no longer the same

Now that I understand what to do
I know what you want

some say it stays
But then he wants to leave
Six dynamite in my head
I really don’t know what to do

All the times I’ve seen you
Be with him
Thinking I’m not
At the height of calling us

You know that by now
I have decided to leave you
To go
Get away from me
And this time
the truth
I found it in me
What I think
No tonight he won’t have
more sense
For me

And that time you left me on the ground
And then you went but why

And how many times have I said enough
I’m still here
but this time I say enough
Go away from here
I tell you now
I do not know
if I’ll be the same again
oppure no

Is it worth it?
And I do not know
What to answer.

If right wrong
Not it
I know more to understand

I’ve always painted you
Sitting
Between the clouds

Because you were hiding me
In the false
Fairy tales

Smoke on top of the bed
and for tonight
Okay

But there is too much space
If I’m not with
Lei

what will they think
Now About me
Yours

I just know I don’t know
How to explain it
To my.

And how many times have I said enough
I’m still here
but this time I say enough
Go away from here
I tell you now
I do not know
if I’ll be the same again
oppure no

And how many times have I said enough

The Lumineers is a folk rock band from Denver, United States. Since the release of their first album, which has already turned 10 years old, they have already been nominated for a Grammy and have had a few songs at the top of the charts. Making songs in an unpopular musical genre, the group stands out in the phonographic market bringing a unique artistic vision, which delights fans and provokes reflection. In addition, the band consolidates itself more and more with its approach and aesthetics, creating video clips with cinematographic productions and captivating stories, joining the visual to its musical repertoire. Check out more details about the band and how their art is innovated with each release.

Currently, the group is made up of Wesley Schultzvocal principal, e Jeremiah Fraites, backing vocals, who together compose all the songs and also play various instruments, such as guitar, piano, keyboard, percussion, drums and many others. The band also had as a member Neyla Pekarekwho acted as a support vocalist and cellist, but who decided to leave the group in 2018.

On their debut album, “The Lumineers” (2012), they present themselves with a more cheerful and fun folk, and managed to score the song “Ho Hey”, which reached number 3 on the Billboard Hot 100, the music chart. most played in the United States, and were nominated for Grammy 2013 for the “Best American Album” and “Best American Album” awards.

In addition to a natural talent for folk rock music, the musicians also possess an intriguing and unusual artistic vision. To accompany the release of their albums, they often record video clips with stories that connect to each other, forming a true cinematic production, although the connection is not always clear to fans.

On their second album, “Cleopatra” (2016), for example, the group released clips for 4 songs on the album, namely “Ophelia”, “Cleopatra”, “Sleep on the Floor” and “Angela”, in random order. A little more than a year after the album’s release, on April 27, 2017, the video “The Ballad of Cleopatra” was made available on her YouTube account, which interconnects each of the clips in the form of a short. The fictional character named Cleopatra is the center of this story, reflecting on what her life would be like if she had made different choices.

A similar proposal is repeated in the group’s third album, “III” (2019). Here, the entire album tells a story, and to illustrate the narrative created with the songs, the band released 10 clips, which together account for 40 minutes of video. The plot is separated into three parts, centering on three different members of the Sparks family, who deal with addiction issues and how their trauma affects each other. The central characters are Gloria, the mother of the family, Jason, her son, and Jimmy, Jason’s son and Gloria’s grandson.

The artists’ intention was to show love through different lenses, regardless of ethnicity, sexual orientation or age. This is a very important message to share and might even inspire you to buy one. valentine’s day gift.

Unfortunately, we don’t know what the band’s plans are, but knowing the trajectory of their career, we can certainly look forward to more iconic songs and videos, which showcase their look and aesthetic through fascinating stories.

As the frontman of the main stars of the evening has rightly pointed out, it has been five years since the last visit of California’s Korn nu-metal ancestors to our capital. But the covid was to blame for the gap, because otherwise this legendary group has been coming to us quite regularly since the second half of their existence. The band has managed to release two studio albums in the meantime, and especially behind this year’s “Requeim” cut, it’s obviously worth a lot, because unlike previous shows, it didn’t include only one or two singles from the news, but we saw a few pieces (still in the European part of the tour is missing compared to the US single (“Forgotten”). The evening in the unfortunately traditionally tragically obsolete hall at the Exhibition Center kicked off with the eighth pre-crime festival discovery The Fever 333. This three-member group combines nineties rapmetal with modern rock full of electronics and teenage post hardcore choruses in the style of Bring Me The Horizon. What they certainly can’t be denied is the commitment and nurtured energy that sprays hectoliters from their live concerts. Once again, one feels that one does not see the band at the mature stage of one’s career, but in its rupture, when the musicians put everything into every performance. Singer Jason Aalon Butler flew around the stage like a madman, and thanks to his short haircut, he recalled the first years of Linkin Park and the then marathon running performances of the late Chester Bennington.

After all, he reminded him vocally in some of the vaulted choruses. The zeal was also demonstrated by frontman’s social-critical speeches, which in turn provoked associations to Zach de la Rocha and Rage Against The Machine. Unfortunately, the catastrophic sound hurt them a lot and it must be added that compositionally it is definitely not a miracle. Nevertheless, they had a lot of fans in the hall, which is why the atmosphere of the event was right from the very beginning. Korn himself launched his booming depression circus by a quarter to ten, betting on his greatest classics “Falling Away From Me” and “Got The Life”. With this choice and the devotion of the audience, it was a great experience from the very beginning and the band held the reins of the evening firmly in their hands. The word professionalism could characterize their entire performance, which was musically absolutely precise and with perhaps ever better singing by Jonathan Davis. He even easily and playfully modified some of his older vocal lines, so during the wood classic “Shoots And Ladders” he switched from fake straight to death metal growling with absolute ease.

For the last ten years or so, Korn has been relatively dominant over Davis. Unfortunately, it can also be heard on the last records, which maintain their quality standard, but the song structure has become very predictable and, let’s say, classically rock, built precisely for its comfortable vocal performance. Not only the spontaneity of old albums has disappeared (perhaps everyone understands that), but also the desire to experiment. Today, Korn sounds a lot of metal in the traditional sense of the word, including the highlighted role of the singer compared to the original five equivalent parts of the resulting stylistic collage. This is not a thought off topic and a confusion of a concert report for a review of the album, but it also applies to a rated show. Don’t get the author wrong, it was a great concert, absolutely precise, but maybe too much, with an overly dominant frontman. Unfortunately, the guitarist Head is no longer such a personality after his return, or he does not have as much space to express himself as an author, and even one would expect him to see more, including backing vocals.

But what you can have absolutely no reservations about is the setlist. No one will really think of a major gem that would be missing that evening. The band also filled the relatively short playing time with the so-called medley, when in one whole at least a part of a song and often a cover will be heard. For example, we didn’t lose “Did My Time” that way. The drum solo may have been a bit redundant, but Ray Luzier simply has to perform. Original drummer David Silveria played more for the whole. Overall, it was a very successful, maximally professional concert, with a minimalist but impressive concert scene, where there was no major hit and extra pleasing after many years the inclusion of scathing psychopathy “It’s On!”. Korn will probably not be fundamentally surprised, not even in concert, but again, you can be sure that you will get what you want, in the maximum professional packaging. When they arrive again in a few years, the concert will probably look very similar. But even such certainty in today’s great great uncertainties can please with its predictability and be such a beacon in turbulent times. 68316

Music Non Stop right? Everything to do with our work that has a lot of influence from Kraftwerk

To stutter is to communicate badly. Where did this name come from? Do you have difficulty communicating?

Wilton: To stutter is also to “traquejar”. It’s a curious name because a lot of people don’t know it’s in Portuguese. It is synonymous with “stutterer” and in Spanish it is a common word. But as we work with the loop, which is a repetition of short (and in our case very short) elements, you often notice that in the songs the guitar seems to be stuttering. It became a name that makes a lot of sense in our work. A sound that works with repetition. This is our concept, working the loop.

What year did you start?

Wilton: That thing really took off about three years ago.

You can see from your faces that this isn’t the first musical project you’ve been involved in. What is your backstory in music?

Zé: Man, we’ve been playing together for about 20 years. Wilton played in a band called Divine, from the early 90’s. A very interesting band that mixed shoegaze, hardcore, something kind of fast

W: There was a bit of a tribal thing too. Our vocalist was very interested in the things of the Afro identity, it was a band that sang in Portuguese about Iansan, Umbanda…

Z: And then I met Divine, played keyboards with them a little bit. And a few years later, in the early 2000s, we formed a band together called Superquadra, which was a transition between Tartamudo and Divine. A more climactic sound, more head… cerebral.

W: I already had a flirtation with electronics, with bases, loops and such

Z: And then after this band broke up we broke up a little bit. I focused on soundtracks and film and Wilton had other bands. Until we met again and took this sound. We talked and arrived at the music we make today.

W: As we have had this affinity for many years, the way of creating is very refined. We started recording there at the end of the 80s with magnetic tape, on a roll… and technology has made huge leaps since that time. So we realized that we could make music very efficiently, with quality and from inside the house. In addition to being quickly.

MNS: This record of yours is “stuck” in Krautrock. Which is awesome, because I don’t think I remember anything as influenced by Kraut as what you guys are doing. This was an idea of the band’s conception, or it came naturally. What is this relationship?

W: I have a fondness for the Kraut scene. I’m a big fan of bands like Neu, Harmonia Can and even Kraftwerk, which is part of this scene. So much so that one of my old bands was called Motorik. So I wanted to explore with Zé Pedro musical minimalism, not only electronic, but a song that stays in one chord from beginning to end and you see nuances in the execution of this same chord, something that michal, guitarist of Neu and Harmonia he does. It started a lot in exploring this concept of the minimum.

Jota Wagner

Jota Wagner has been writing, disco and partying in Brazil and Europe since the early 1990s. He is currently editor-in-chief of Music Non Stop and cultural producer at Agência 55. He contributed, using his ears, feet or hands, to aurora of Brazilian electronic music.

We would like to give thanks to the author of this short article for this remarkable material

A quick search for the Australian band Spacey Jane on any platform, he soon yields fervent comments about his live performances, whether in the public response or in the reviews of specialized critics. It is not risky to consider, even speaking from here in a corner of the world where the quartet has never set foot, that this is, therefore, its strongest point. How curious, then, to think that the group produced their second album, Here Comes Everybodyduring a time of the pandemic when no one could say if we would ever step on a show again in our lives.

“We were in a live music vacuum,” frontman Caleb Harper told music pavé, “For the first time, we made songs without thinking about how they would look on stage. We only take into account the listener’s experience with the record.” Also commenting on the experience of working on a second album, compared to a debut release, he states that “it wasn’t easier, because we had more to think about. When you release your first album, it’s like a three-year-old showing you a drawing and you say “look, that’s cool” (laughs), there’s a whole margin of error. That margin is much smaller now. Our audience has grown, there are more expectations, and we had to consider all of that. At the same time, it’s our first time writing and producing with the band as our full-time job. The feeling is that we are now where we need to be.”

//www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWHWJQh3Hk8

In addition to being able to dedicate himself exclusively to the band (and with plenty of time during the pandemic quarantine), Spacey Jane was able to rethink what he would like to do with Here Comes Everybodythe successor of Sunlight (2020). “The way people consume music is 99% alone, with headphones, so we thought, ‘How do we make this experience the best?’” says Caleb, “it’s only now that we’re in the process of building the show for the album. , which has been really cool, because that’s where a lot of challenges arise of how to transport that to the stage. We’re walking the fine line between reproducing what’s on the album, which is what people most want to hear, and our willingness to deliver a performance that’s amazing.”

“I think, more and more, if you love a song by a band, you want to go to the show and at the very least recognize that sound that you already enjoy. So, the primary objective is to be able to bring the live sound closer to the recorded one, then think about how to make it even better”, comments he, who says he is also looking forward to the shows: “[Estou] excited to play less of the old songs that we’ve played so much over the course of two years, so it will be nice to be able to focus on the new ones. I think it gives us new energy. But I’m nervous because the audience still doesn’t know the songs well. You can’t tell how people there identify with a track just by the streaming numbers. Sometimes when you’re standing there in front of them, the reaction isn’t what you expected, it’s a whole different story.”

//www.youtube.com/watch?v=WsO1WCJn930

Launching on June 24th, Here Comes Everybody already had three singles released: Hardlight, It’s Been a Long Day e Sitting Up. “They don’t necessarily reflect how the record is as a whole, because the decision to choose singles is made based on several factors – the label thinks about what will look best on radio, streaming, engagement, etc. — and putting together an album is just a matter of keeping in mind what makes that record good,” explains Caleb, “there are things on the record that I’m curious to see how people will react. It’s not all big choruses, or guitar-driven. It has a lot of keyboard, but also a lot of percussion. You’ll listen to the album and not say ‘oh sure, I already knew that sound from hearing the singles’. I think he’s going to say, ‘this wasn’t what I expected, what the fuck?’ (laughs)”.

If the pandemic and also its period of isolation influenced disco production, it is easy to assume that they also affected the content of the lyrics – see It’s Been a Long Day. Caleb says that working on this dynamic “is difficult, because we don’t want to talk about it all the time, but we also can’t ignore the impact that all of this has. For me, the track is about a relationship that ended as a result of the afflictions of being a musician during the pandemic, and how it affected my mental state. So, yes, it had a direct impact on the content of the album, which speaks to the experiences that I and others have had over the years.”

//www.youtube.com/watch?v=iQl9J_JuiJs

In time: Spacey Jane is a bit of a “fish out of water” band in the Perth scene, known as the birthplace of Australian psychedelia. “We worked with a guy who mastered the first releases that Tame Impala did,” says Caleb, “and a lot of Brazilian psychedelic bands would send him music to master as well, so we would sit in the studio with him and listen to a bunch of psychedelic Brazilian music that I hadn’t even left yet, and it was all amazing. We grew up in that environment, but we were the only band making a more indie sound.”

You can buy a lot of T-shirts, CDs and vinyls from Dream Theater’s extensive discography in our shop. At the very beginning, the answer to the perex question must be revealed. Yes, both protagonists met the expectations of Thursday night, to a great extent. However, what they failed to fill was the capacity of the Holešovice hall. Unfortunately, the pressure of events in one week and two big rock bands in one day (the Scorpions played at the O2 arena) probably had an effect on lower attendance, which is a shame for a band the size of Dream Theater.

The galleries were empty, as those who had originally occupied more distant places from the stage went straight to the surface. It was divided into sectors for sitting and ready for a big show and logically a bigger visit. Devin Townsend started the evening at a quarter to eight with his group, which, unlike his last visit to Roxy in Prague, was cut into a quartet. However, it was not known in the performance, on the contrary. This sympathetic Canadian, this time he lost his pomp in the form of palms and other properties, but he played an even more striking uncompromising nine-item set, which he took as a cross-section with his rich career. His played compositions mixed his typical brutal approach to metal, spiced with progression, with subtle keyboard underlines. Of course, all supported by his great singing and specific sense of humor. In a short time, Devin became the darling of the audience, and so it happened that he jumped with his guitar closer to the audience, which ran to him and formed a kind of semicircle around him. At that moment, it seemed that he was really playing and soloing just for them.

His musical set was divided almost equally into compositions under which he is signed as a solo artist, as well as those from his Project. Although the selection of songs was slightly similar to what he played at Brutal Assault in 2017 and, paradoxically, none of his last successful series “Empath” sounded, it does not change the fact that it was a very successful pre-jump and choosing such an artist was definitely not a bad choice. . Really great start. Slightly before the announced star of the evening’s performance, symphonic reproduced music from the band’s workshop began to sound, and nature clips were displayed on the screen, describing themes from the current cover of the last album. In the meantime, the area was filled with people from more distant galleries. Here it is necessary to highlight the security, which managed it brilliantly to the satisfaction of all, because those who wanted to sit could and still not lose their perspective. Experience from past concerts says that this has rarely been the case. Hats off. And I don’t evaluate the decision to adapt this type of concert to a session at all …

The Dream Theater itself took the stage very civilly, without any major gestures or stage spells. In the spotlight, the musicians greeted the audience and immediately dug into the strings. From the very beginning, the quintet let the audience know that it did not intend to compromise on its technical or sound qualities. The scene, which was dominated by Mangini’s relatively truncated drum kit and keyboards by Jordan Rudess, was adorned with several panel screens that complemented one large screen, which projected various, and it should be noted that very successful film clips. The parties filled in other screens with large spotlights, which already showed their strength during the first and very vigorously played song “The Alien”. The whole stage, free of any apparatus and cables, thus created a graceful, even surgically clean space with a kind of 3D effect. At times, it looked like the deck of an alien ship.

The band seemed perfectly fine. Many times during the performance, John Petrucci conjured a smile on his lips and literally enchanted his guitar when he burned one solo after another, or instead let it resound in long tones, only then the gradation-enhanced musical motif merged. The Rhudess keyboardist turned and tilted his keys in various ways so that he would always be in the areas reserved for solo instruments. The stoic calm bassist John Myung drew attention to himself as much as possible by throwing his long mane and especially agile fingers, which ran down the fingerboard of his bass neck, otherwise he always stood slightly out of the main events. However, he made up for that in the song “6:00”, in which he created with his namesake battle postsin which, at the sound of a keyboardist, the etude scales were crushed in unison.

An inseparable figure of the band is and was, of course, the frontman that night, the singer James LaBrie, who encouraged the audience at every opportunity. He sang his part and quietly disappeared behind the scenes to return full of energy after singing. His voice seemed firm, although he sang some parts slightly differently than we know them from the studios. Needless to say, it didn’t hurt. The sung, slightly altered parts took on a slightly different dimension, and in the quiet passages it sounded more civil, without great manners, almost a recital. The setlist was also interesting. Apart from four songs, including the final twenty-minute composition, from the latest album “A View from the Top of the World”, only six more were heard, the shortest of which lasted about six minutes. The first peak came with “Bridge in the Sky”, in which, although Mike Mangini had a technical problem with the drums, he still played brilliantly, as did the whole concert. And it should be noted – like the whole band. The composition “About to Crash” sounded beautiful. It was one of two calming downs, but here it was part of a larger and longer whole. After “The Ministry of Lost Souls” went to the finals. This provided the de facto forty-minute double track of the title track from the last album and after a storm of applause and maybe just a minute’s respite from the grand finale in the form of “The Count of Tuscany”.

The show’s own point of view is certainly worth mentioning. Yes, Dream Theater are not wild boars, in fact, it wouldn’t even suit their music. Their music is thoughtful, sometimes harrowing, soothing and smooth, and definitely not accessible to every ear. It takes a while to experience the intricacies of their places, but if you don’t give up, you are rewarded with a musical beauty full of melodies and a sense of gradation. This is how their show worked. Although the light of Rammstein and Tool cannot match the light, however, these musicians are completely different musically. For me that night, Dream Theater, although their playlist numbered only ten items, some even surprising, played probably its most accessible set. And even though the sound from the place where I watched the performance was uneven in places, fortunately it became clearer from the middle, I evaluate the concert very positively. I can only say that I have not seen a bad concert this year. And this one was excellent. Just keep going.

I can only say that I have not seen a bad concert this year. And this one was excellent. Just keep going.

In recent weeks there has been a lot of talk about the 21co Srldefined by us as the record label of Maria De Filippi and who sees driving Giordana Angi, Care, Mamo Giovenco e Emanuele Sample.

A label that aims, at least in this starting phase, to continue the recording path with the guys launched by the talent show Friends of Maria De Filippi with the same team that followed them in the school. This is to avoid, as has happened many times in the past, that the boys are “used” with the launch of a first disc and forgotten or set aside, in case of lower results, with the second. The cases are many from Einar a Blondda Carmen Ferreri and away going back through the years.

When we anticipated the news on the birth of the 21co Srl (READ HERE), we called it the record company of Maria De Filippi while for many sites it is the record label of two ex-boys of Amici, Care e Giordana Angi. We therefore wondered, to be fair, if it was right to call it the record label of Maria De Filippi. For this we went to consult public documents on the foundation of the 21co srl.

21co srl Maria’s record company?

The company was established in Rome on 10 May 2022 with 10,000 Euros of share capital. And these are the partners:

Fascino Srl is the company founded by Maurizio Costanzo and then ceded to Maria De Filippi. And just a Maria it is traceable, since it is she who is the identifiable subject as beneficial owner for anti-money laundering purposes with a cumulative share of 20%.

For the 2019 anti-money laundering legislation, the beneficial owner is the natural person on behalf of whom a transaction is carried out and in the case of a legal entity, the natural persons who own or control that entity who are beneficiaries.

In practice, to be defined beneficial owner, you must be a member with a share greater than 25%. In this case the only shareholder who exceeds the threshold is Fascino Srl and, being a company, it is necessary to see who the shareholders are and so on up to the physical persons.

Maria Of Philippi is indicated as the holder with 20%. It therefore means that you are a 50% shareholder of Fascino Srl (50% of 40% is 20%).

These are the minimum entities to be identified as beneficial owners, or TIT in jargon.

Let’s continue with the analysis of the company’s Governance, that is the representatives, those who manage it and the directors.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of 21co srl is Emanuela exampleformer competitor of the Big Brother second edition, for twenty years now at work alongside the De Filippi.

The others natural persons partners they are Directors and, in practice, they also hold operational positions. For instance Giordana Angi is A&R of the label. MassimilianoMomBullockfor those unfamiliar with him, he is the musical director of Amici. As a councilor he is also Gabriele Costanzowhich is the adopted son of Maurizio Costanzo e Maria De Filippi.

Currently the company is inactive, that is, it is not yet pursuing its corporate purpose which, briefly, is musical editions and activities connected and similar to the record business. It will also be able to carry out the activities of press office, promotion and management of artists.

Actually the company is about to release the discs of Luigi Strangis e Alexrespectively on 3 and 10 June, then he began to “work”.

We remind you that the above data are publicly available in the Chamber of Commerce on the date of extraction of the Dossier, therefore, on different dates, they may change. The update is not in real time.

What can we say about this company today. Little… except that Maria De Filippi he has no offices in the company, the administration of which has been entrusted to the other shareholders.

So it’s correct to call it the record label of Maria Of Philippi? Yes, for the legislation (anti-money laundering, in particular), yes.
